  • Any cancellations made between 2 business days (17:30 local time) to 1 business days (17:30 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Shinjuku Station is a very large and busy station with many exits. Please give yourself enough time to make your way to the check-in location.
    By foot:
    - Around a 10-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station. Closest exit is Shinjuku Station West Exit.
    - Around a 5-minute walk from Tocho-mae Station.

Restrictions

  • Infants (ages 0-2) may join for free but will not have a separate bus seat or meal. If a seat or meal is needed, please book them as a child (ages 3-11).
  • If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

Additional Notes

  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • The tour will not be cancelled and refunds will not be issued on the occasion that Mt. Fuji is not visible due to bad weather.
  • The activity provider may use a minivan or a car instead of a bus depending on the number of participants.
  • Blooming times of flowers vary on the season and the weather. Please understand the tour will operate regardless of blooming conditions.
  • Participants will visit Oshino Hakkai if the Fuji Subaru Line is not accessible due to bad weather.
  • The location for flower viewing varies according to season. Locations include: Herb garden during December to March; Lake Motosuko Shibazakura festival or Lake Kawaguchi northern bank park during April to May; Herb garden during June to October; Lake Kawaguchi northern bank park for November.
  • In case of cancellations due to typhoon, snow or dangerous weather conditions, you will be notified a day before the departure by e-mail.
  • Seats on the tour bus cannot be selected prior to the tour. Please understand that you may be seated separately from your group.
  • A Japanese-speaking staff will be on board with a video translation service or with a pocket translation device for English and Chinese. On the day of your tour a brochure in English or Chinese will also be distributed.
  • Fruit picking calendar: Strawberry- December to mid-May Cherry- late June Peach- early August Grape- late November In the case the fruits are not ripe, pre-picked fruit will be served.
  • Lunch will be near Lake Kawaguchi and not at Mt. Fuji 5th station.
